1/27/2026 BIG NEWS! Hair by Sherina is on to the next adventure in 8 weeks! The end of March brings the ending of Emily & I's current lease in our Maplewood double studio. We have made the difficult decision to take the opportunity to create better work/life balance for ourselves & close Calla Salon after 4 wonderful years. Emily is retiring from behind the chair & will be teaching cosmetology full time. Sherina will be moving to a single studio at Sola Salon Studios' St Louis Park West End location starting in April! The new space is updated & beautiful, in a great location (394 & Hwy 100/Park Pl Blvd), with a convenient parking ramp for clients! I will be updating my booking website over the next several weeks & reaching out to clients who have appointments already booked beyond March! RETAIL SALE: Now until the closing of Calla Salon EVERYTHING will be discounted! That means ALL of the retail (hair products, accessories, lotions, candles, jewelry, etc) we currently have in stock will be the lowest prices we are able to offer! If there is a specific product you are looking to purchase, please reach out to be sure it is in stock as we will not actively be replacing items sold. Hair by Sherina will still carry retail products at the new location, but it will be a smaller limited stock of the fan favorites. We are both looking forward to our next adventures! ***March 2024 Update*** Stevie Kay Larson was born Saturday March 23rd 2024 at 7:48am, coming in at 6lbs 12ozs & 19.29 inches long! Baby girl & myself are both healthy & happy to be home settling in with daddy Matt, big sister Jayde, & furry siblings Faye & Mac! Thank you to all of the amazing clients who made working throughout pregnancy a joy, I will be home for 6 weeks & look forward to returning to the studio the first full week of May!
